A little bit about me
I’m Mary Florence Bello and am honoured you’ve found your way here! I started The Harmony Space after years of experiencing the power of holistic healing. I discovered that looking after my emotional and physical health in a more natural way, did wonders for me and wanted to share that discovery with as many people as possible.
As long as I can remember I have been a lover of sound, voice and music, hence becoming a qualified sound healer and meditation teacher naturally made so much sense. My love for all things holistic led me to study breathwork, Kundalini yoga movement, goddess circles and astrology. I’m passionate about the magic of stars and the concept of living more inline with nature and the universe.
My aim is always to help you find the healer within, to bring about greater love and compassion for yourself and others. Through the classes and events I offer at The Harmony Space, I’m able to do just that.
