Sound Meditation increases your self awareness so that you can rework negative thought processes into positive ones, increasing your feeling of empathy, ability to focus and self love. The sounds played during the session act as an anchor, so instead of attempting to sit quietly and let thoughts float by, you have something to focus on which in turn allows you to let go and luxuriate in a place of deep relaxation.

Held online, sound meditation invites you to ground your energy and slip into an easy, mindful meditative state. Enjoy being surrounded by a symphony of sounds from instruments like crystal singing bowls, crystal harps, gongs and traditional harps. Your sound teacher will also use their voice to guide and ease you into a meditative state.
